Worked previously for approximately 25 years in the commercial air transportation and tourism sectors of Paraguay, the last 21 years of those as legal representative and general manager of Iberia airlines from Spain in their offices in Paraguay. Served as President of JURCAIP for 3 years in different periods which is the Committee of Representatives of International Airlines in Paraguay. Served as Vice-President for the board of regional air transport committee and actively serves on the board of tourism for Rediex. Serves as Secretary for the Board of Directors of the Paraguayan-Spanish Chamber of Commerce.
